RETURN
If you are not happy with your goods, please call us on 1-844-889-2666 (1-844-TTYCOON) or email us here. If you placed your order using an account with us and if you are based in Canada, you can return your items within Canada with a prepaid Canada Post return shipping label for a $10 (plus tax) fee by following the steps below:
- Login to your Account here.
- Go to “My Orders” page.
- Select “View Order” and choose the item you wish to return from the order list.
- Click on the “Return Items” button.
- Add all the items you wish to return.
- Click on the “Request My Return” button.
- You should receive a confirmation email shortly acknowledging your return request with additional details to follow.
In the event of return, if you wish to receive your refund to your original payment method, please initiate the return within 30 (thirty) days from the date of shipment. We do not offer free returns. If you placed your order using an account with us, the return shipping cost is $10 plus tax (as mentioned above). If not, the return shipping is completely at the cost of the customer, but returning via the regular postal service will do just fine. Please also note we do not refund the shipping charges you paid when you placed your order. For all returning orders, a copy of the order number and details is a must, without which we cannot process the return. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. The process usually happens within 30 days.
